01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 1777vet platform at https://1777vet.net (the "Platform"), you — the user ("you", "your", "Player") — agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1777vet (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, in-game description, or customer support communication, these Terms shall prevail.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version in all circumstances.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 1777vet Platform is permitted only if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 1777vet is strictly an 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or accessing any services, including free-play or demo modes.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or agent.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of accessing the Platform in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or contractor of 1777vet or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such a person, unless specific written permission has been granted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or court order that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.

Regarding the legal context in Bangladesh: the legal status of online gambling under Bangladesh's Public Gambling Act 1867 is ambiguous. 1777vet operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not make representations about regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government authority. Users in Bangladesh are individually responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations before creating an account or placing any wager.

03 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on 1777vet, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

1777vet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identification Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming ownership)
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume accounts

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or doctored documents is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 1777vet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 1777vet will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1777vet processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, and BRAC Bank internet banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via Rocket and Upay: ৳300
• Minimum deposit via internet banking channels: ৳1,000
• Deposits are credited to your 1777vet wallet in real time for mobile financial services and within normal banking hours for internet banking transfers.
• 1777vet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service fees, for which 1777vet accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via mobile financial services; ৳2,000 via internet banking.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 60 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or for accounts with pending KYC requirements.
• 1777vet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

1777vet offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each individual offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• 1777vet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus period may not contribute to wagering requirements or may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet requirements, or collusion between players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16) are offered at 1777vet's sole discretion and are subject to separate promotional terms published at the time of each offer.

5.3 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion must be used on the designated game(s) within the stated validity period. Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 1777vet Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including placing bets, navigating games, or accessing account functions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated wagering with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and subject to recovery by 1777vet.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or intimidates 1777vet staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other financial crime. 1777vet operates strict AML controls and will report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence units.
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to 1777vet without prior written agreement. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 1777vet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 1777vet will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, and you will not receive any promotional communications from 1777vet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 7.3 Company-Initiated Closure

1777vet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior agreement
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual
• Suspected use by an underage individual
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Where an account is closed by 1777vet for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method within 10 business days.

08 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

1777vet endeavours to maintain platform availability of 99.9% measured on a monthly basis. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1777vet does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 1777vet accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned Platform downtime.

8.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1777vet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 1777vet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

1777vet shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, even if 1777vet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitation of liability in this section applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. 1777vet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally in the first instance — please contact [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint before initiating formal proceedings.
